Data and purpose

The form sends name, contact details, city, task, package, budget, timeline, page address and UTM tags. Analytics stores pseudonymous session and visitor IDs, page, source, device type, events and duration; the IP address is converted to a one-way hash and is not stored in its original form. Data is used to respond, prepare a proposal, improve the site and protect the form.

Storage and transfer

Do not send passwords, API keys or confidential drawings through the public form. Such materials are accepted after agreeing a secure channel. To request deletion, email sale@norris.kg.
